Fees and Rebate
Our standard fees are indicated as below.
For Telehealth bookings, payment is required at the time of booking to secure a slot. For in-person bookings, a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking, the rest of the fee will be collected after the session at the clinic.
We offer a variety of funding options to help reduce the out-of-pocket cost. Please refer to the available options for rebates and support:

Medicare Mental Health Care Plan
If you are eligible, you can visit your GP to obtain a Mental Health Care Plan, which allows you to claim rebates for psychological services. Medicare provides a rebate of $145.25 per session for up to 10 sessions each calendar year. Clients will need to pay the full standard fee upfront, after which Medicare will refund $145.25, leaving an out-of-pocket expense.

WorkCover NSW
Our psychologist is registered as a SIRA provider under WorkCover NSW. If you are eligible for WorkCover, please contact your insurer for referral and approval to access psychological services. Once approved, WorkCover will cover the cost of therapy sessions.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
We accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS clients. If you are an NDIS participant, please discuss with your plan manager for further details on funding options. The NDIS can help cover the cost of therapy depending on your plan.

Private Health Insurance
Some private health insurance plans cover psychological services. Please check with your insurance provider to see if your policy includes psychology. Clients are required to pay the full session fee upfront and can then submit a claim to their insurance company for reimbursement.
